Job description
* MANDATES
* Covering and controlling logistics:
- Drafting, storing and arranging information on official dispatches, papers, contracts and related documents;
- Monitor & capture the working schedule of the departments/departments;
- Perform receptionist duties when required: welcome guests, organize meetings, events, listen/receive calls with businesses, schedule work/meetings for leaders;
- Contact and work with partner agencies when required.
* Manufacturing, procurement and asset management at the factory
- In charge of procurement, preservation, storage, distribution of assets, equipment, stationery, labor protection or common items in the business;
- Managing fixed assets, storing invoices, documents, contracts related to buying/selling/renting/borrowing/repairing facilities, machinery and equipment in the company;
- Monitoring sanitation, electricity and water activities of the entire factory
- Contact & organize quick and timely repair when there is a breakdown
- Organizing birthdays and internal events in the company.

* Education requirements
- University graduate or higher;
- Priority is given to Administration, human resources, internal affairs, labor-society, marketing.
* Experience:
- Have at least 2 years working in a similar position at companies with 100 employees or more
- Have experience in inviting/tendering and signing contracts.
* Skill
- Proficient in office computer: MS office;
- Knowing how to use human resource management software is an advantage;
- Ability to actively listen and confirm information.
- Have good event organization and team connection skills;
- Have sensitive problem solving skills;
- Ability to lead a team;
- Ability to plan, organize and perform work effectively;
- Having data analysis skills (SWOT) to propose options to the Board of Directors;
- Have good communication skills
